ADMIN

  • Team Tools -> Members Tab -> +Add People button
  • Fill up Account info -> click Add Member button
  • Send onboarding message.

MEMBER

1. Emails Received (email sent after Added to Team)
    • Create your email@domain
    • Create and submit your venturebook
    • You’ve been added as…
    • Complete your VNOC profile
    • Check out Sprints and tasks
    • Upload your standard NDA on legals
    • Onboarding mail

VNOC Task Notifications

VNOC ONBOARDING AND SYNC TO CONTRIB

  • Adding member
  • You may send onboarding email
  • Member already added as Tester
  • Members will receive 2 emails. One is a VNOC Onboarding message and the other is a notification that you have been added as a member of a particular team.
    • Access information is in the email received.

Login to VNOC

  • You will be redirected to domain details where you are added as a member.
  • You have to complete the Onboarding Tasks
  • Tutorial
  • Check out the team tools and sprint
  • Check out the things to do for this domain
  • Join your Community Chatroom

SYNC ACCOUNT TO CONTRIB

or

  • Update profile for completeness
  • After your profile is completed, You may go to your email and verify your account.
  • You have successfully synced your Vnoc account to Contrib.
